El Ilustre Concejo Cantonal en sesión ordinaria celebrada el viernes 13 de diciembre de 2013, al tratar el punto 7 del orden del día, resolvió aprobar en Primer Debate de la ORDENANZA DE APROBACIÓN DEL PLANO DE VALOR DEL SUELO URBANO Y RURAL, DE LOS VALORES DE LAS TIPOLOGÍAS DE EDIFICACIONES, LOS FACTORES DE CORRECCIÓN DEL VALOR DE LA TIERRA Y EDIFICACIONES Y LAS TARIFAS QUE REGIRÁN PARA EL BIENIO 2014-2015.
