El Ilustre Concejo Cantonal resuelve suspender el conocimiento del PROYECTO DE REGLAMENTO PARA LA COLOCA IÓN DE ELEMENTOS DE SEGURIDAD Y CONTROL EN LAS VÍAS LOCALES Y PEATONALES EN EL CANTON CUENCA, ya que los Señores Concejales no contaban con anticipación con el texto del mismo.
